Stephen was born in Middlesbrough and is a graduate of the Royal College of Music. He is currently Musical Supervisor and Musical Director of Kiss me, Kate (Barbican Theatre) and was recently UK Musical Supervisor on Oklahoma! (Wyndham’s Theatre) and the UK/International Tour of The King and I. Stephen was also recently Musical Supervisor of Anything Goes, (Barbican Theater and UK Tour) and Musical Director of The King and I (The London Palladium, The Dominion Theatre and Theater Orb Tokyo) and An American in Paris (The Dominion Theatre)
